iPhonus

Here's another prompt! Credit for it goes to this guy, so check him out. So now, for all you Potter-Heads out there, I'll begin.

Alexei was the definition of ordinary. If you looked it up in the dictionary his picture would be there. He had average brown hair and eyes, average grades, and an average family. In fact, the only thing not average about him was his phone.

From the outside it looked as normal as an i phone could be. If I am to be truly honest, it looked a little outdated. But were you to open it up, and get past the locked screen, you would see quite an un-average sight.

Instead of apps like messages, email, or Google it had spell-apps (or spelapps for short). They had funny names like Extendable Ear, OwlMail, and Accio. There was Howler App, which played disapproving messages of his family. Patronus, which matched a person to an animal. And Alexei's personal favorite, Remembrall, which told him if forgot anything.

Alexei had stumbled upon this phone quite by chance. He had been walking along one day, and there it was. on the sidewalk. Being a reasonably honorably 14 year old, he picked it up. He was just wondering if he should turn it into the police when the screen lit up.

The lock screen held the face of a boy. But not just any boy. A boy with average brown hair and average brown eyes. And a message glowing across his face.

Alexei, you have been chosen to wield this iPhonus. It is a gift, but I must caution you. There are people who would kill to get that which you have just been given. Do not tell anyone you have it, lest they bring you to harm. Also, avoid the love potion app. I find it creates many unnecessary difficulties. The passcode is 1997. Good luck.
